The Cisco NOW van is a 25-foot mobile demonstration van outfitted with the latest Cisco networking technologies. These vans have been enhanced and refitted to create a mobile solutions showcase for the use of Cisco partners and customers. They contain the equipment and facilities to conduct onsite technical demos of key networking solutions for the commercial market, including: Unified Messaging, incorporating Security Solutions, IP Communications Solutions, Mobility Solutions, Network Foundation Solutions and Management Solutions.
EXTENSION® is the only healthcare specific application being featured in the NOW vans. What makes EXTENSION® unique is its ability to turn Cisco Unified Communications (VoIP) into a clinical workflow tool automation notification using text messages, phone calls, and email, as well as turning their award-winning IP Phones into user interfaces for clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle data.
