    Cost Effect, Software Based, Easy to Use, and Scalable?
    The new Enterprise Attendant Console is none of these things.
    However, the prior Attendant Console that Cisco dropped was every single one of the above features. It was free, scaled to HUNDREDS of operators, was better looking (which is scary cause it is still ugly), and was Java Based.
    Thanks Cisco, now we have to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace what was free (I’m serious!), or stay on 7.x indefinitely.
