Part 2 of a class given by Brandon Meyers of Cooper Industries and Peter Muller of Netelligent Corporation taught at the 2008 NY Tech Summit. This session addresses planning for a successful implementation of a unified global communications network. It focus es on building the right support relationship with a VAR to address physical network changes, organizational changes and problem resolution. The discussion goes beyond hardware and software solutions and addresses how Unified Communications is changing the support roles of networking teams in global companies as well.
